Laura Vitality has developed her own method focused on organizational well-being and fulfillment for both individuals and teams, drawing on her extensive experience from initial roles to strategic leadership positions in national and international companies in Europe and Latin America. With a perspective that encompasses both employment dependence and independence as a freelance professional, Laura combines her knowledge with the best references in the market in various disciplines.

Her fundamental pillars for this work include Organizational Systemics, personal and team Coaching, Image Consulting, NLP, Emotional Intelligence, and Transactional Analysis, as well as high-impact activities and mentorship for entrepreneurs and leaders.

Since childhood, Laura has been drawn to human relationships and teamwork, designing games that foster collaboration. This early interest led her to focus on self-awareness and transformation tools to facilitate inclusion and personal and professional fulfillment. While navigating moments of great vulnerability and personal and professional challenge, Laura utilized each experience to build her methodology while delving into the development of formulas that would allow her to transform those challenges through rigorous training in each discipline that comprise her aforementioned pillars of action, acquiring the necessary tools to face daily challenges.

Born in Spain and of Andalusian descent, Laura currently resides in the Netherlands, where she continues to develop innovative strategies for the integration of multicultural teams in the tourism sector.
